The Samsung Wave S8500 smartphone made its official debut this week at MWC 2010, and it came powered by Samsung’s new "bada" open mobile platform with a growing selection applications from Samsung Apps store. The Samsung Wave phone has a sweet looking Super AMOLED 3.3” display with WVGA (800x480 pixels) resolution with the same mDNIe (mobile Digital Natural Image engine) technology found on Samsung’s new LCD TV and LED TVs. The device also has a 1GHz processor to make sure things are running smoothly while using the phone's TouchWiz 3.0 user interface.
The Samsung Wave S8500 smartphone will be available globally from April 2010. Pricing was not announced.
